How long does my order take to ship?

Once you place your order, please allow 5 days for your order to be made. We handmake everything to order. You will receive an email to advise that your order has been shipped, and you will receive your tracking number so you can stalk your postie!

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this stage, we post Australia wide.

What is your return policy? 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out to us via email: hi@coastalhomeandbody.com.au and we will always work with you and remedy any issues. If your item arrives broken, please email us with a photograph within 5 days.

Is everything made in Australia?

Yes, everything is handmade by me, Ro the owner of Coastal Home and Body on the Gold Coast. Our online orders are made to order, and I always ensure that our products go out to the highest quality.
